Administrative Service Center in Beryslav Community 

How to construct a new city administrative hall? What are the stages, potential costs, urban restrictions, and added values? Ro3kvit Urban Coalition developed strategic plan for the new city administrative hall construction with the support of the VNG International.
The request from the Beryslav community was to establish an Administrative Service Center, ensuring efficient and convenient services for local residents. Ro3kvit Urban Coalition provided a detailed analysis of community needs, including public transport accessibility, construction size, and typical ASC operational processes. Various building placement scenarios are considered, including single and multi-story structures. The project emphasizes the importance of the ASC as a community hub that fosters development and engages local residents.
