We're looking for the new members to join our team! Are you passionate about community building and collaboration? We’re seeking a dedicated Coalition Manager to contribute to our mission!
📋 Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinate, Facilitate, and Engage: You’ll be the driving force behind our coalition, ensuring smooth communication and active participation.Growth Facilitation: Help new members integrate seamlessly into our community, fostering both qualitative and quantitative growth.Policy Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive policy for effective coalition management.Values Monitoring: Keep a close eye on our coalition’s core values, ensuring alignment with our mission.Prepare / lead coalition meetings: Facilitate regular monthly coalition meetings to keep everyone informed and connected.
📌 Requirements:
People Skills: You excel at connecting with professionals and emerging talents, both locally and internationally;Previous experience: You have worked in a relevant field in a similar position;Field Understanding: You are familiar with the Ro3kvit field of work and urban planning, architecture, capacity building, and research (especially related to recovery) or the ability to learn fast. You have general understanding of the current context in Ukraine;Organizational: Your organizational and communication skills are top-notch;Languages: Fluency in English and Ukrainian — effective communication is key;Location: Based in Ukraine, preferably Kyiv;Experience in PR or citizens’ participation/moderation will be considered as an advantage.
