Capacity Building Manager
Are you passionate about empowering municipalities, professionals and communities and enhancing their capabilities in the field of (urban) planning, recovery and architecture?
We’re seeking a Capacity Building Manager to be part of our dynamic team and work with municipalities, professionals and communities in the field of urban planning and recovery. If you have a deep understanding of and experience with educational concepts, approaches and tools for strategic spatial planning and capacity building, are familiar with key processes and public and commercial sector actors, and are bilingual in English and Ukrainian, then this position is for you. You will develop policies and apply for capacity building programs, create and develop partnerships aimed at capacity building, and manage the implementation of capacity building initiatives and programs.

● Develop Capacity Building Policy: Shape the Ro3kvit approach to capacity building● Network Building: Establish and nurture partnerships focused on capacity building● Program Applications: Collaborate with partners to apply for capacity building programs● Program Execution: Lead the implementation of capacity building initiatives and programs
Requirements:
● Educational Insight: Deep understanding of and experience with educational concepts● Context Savvy: Relevant working experience. Familiar with professionals in government and commercial sectors● People and Process Oriented: You are a team player, and work organized● Field Understanding: General understanding of (recovery) urban planning, architecture, capacity building, and research as well as a deep● understanding of the current context in Ukraine● Language Skills: Sufficient in English, fluent in Ukrainian● Location: Based in Ukraine, preferably Kyiv

Coalition Manager
We're looking for the coalition manager who will be responsible for maintaining and developing our network (80+ experts both international and Ukrainian), helping new coalition members to integrate, ensuring smooth communication and informing among all of the coalition members, developing and implementing the coalition management policy.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
● Coordinate, Facilitate, and Engage: You’ll be the driving force behind our coalition, ensuring smooth communication and active participation● Growth Facilitation: Help new members integrate seamlessly into our community, fostering both qualitative and quantitative growth● Policy Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive policy for effective coalition management● Values Monitoring: Keep a close eye on our coalition’s core values, ensuring alignment with our mission● Prepare / lead coalition meetings: Facilitate regular monthly coalition meetings to keep everyone informed and connected
Requirements:
● People Skills: You excel at connecting with professionals and emerging talents, both locally and internationally● Previous experience: You have worked in a relevant field in a similar position● Field Understanding: You are familiar with the Ro3kvit field of work and urban planning, architecture, capacity building, and research (especially related to recovery) or the ability to learn fast. You have general understanding of the current context in Ukraine● Organizational: Your organizational and communication skills are top-notch● Languages: Fluency in English and Ukrainian — effective communication is key● Location: Based in Ukraine, preferably Kyiv● Experience in PR or citizens’ participation/moderation will be considered as an advantage

Participation Manager
We're looking for a participatory expert to be involved in the implementation and strengthening of participatory processes in urban planning and recovery. If you are proficient in moderation techniques, have an understanding of participatory approaches, and general knowledge of urban planning, architecture, capacity building, and research (especially related to recovery), and are fluent in English and Ukrainian, then this position is for you. You will develop and implement participatory policies, facilitate a team of international experts, develop teams of moderators, and implement participatory practices in coalition projects.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
● Policy Development: Develop and implement a participation process policy that encourages active involvement● Global Leadership: Guide and facilitate a team of participation experts worldwide in the implementation of the process, ensuring seamless communication and impactful contributions● Local Empowerment: Develop a team of hands-on participation moderators in Ukraine, with colleagues and programs● Project Engagement: Apply capacity participation processes to projects in collaboration with colleagues and partners● Execution: Running participation processes effectively across projects and programs● Leadership: Start as a leading team member with support of others in the organisation
Requirements:
● People and Process Focus: You are a people manager, you thrive at the intersection of people and efficient processes● Moderation Expertise: Well-versed in moderation techniques● Participation Know-How: Understand participation concepts and approaches● Field Understanding: General knowledge of urban planning, architecture, capacity building, and research (especially related to recovery) or the ability to learn fast● Ukrainian Context: Deep understanding of the current context in Ukraine as it is now and the ability to integrate this knowledge in the participation process● Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Ukrainian● Location: Based in Ukraine, preferably Kyiv
