As part of the training programme "Building Capacity for Inclusive and Sustainable Urban Recovery in Ukraine", implemented jointly with UN-Habitat Ukraine Urban Lab, we held a series of offline workshops for hromadas in the Lviv, Kyiv and Poltava regions.

A total of 8 hromadas participating in the Urban Lab project took part in these workshops, which focused on effective implementation and strengthening community interaction.
During the sessions, participants worked on:● Identifying key challenges related to the implementation of strategic documents and ways to overcome them;● Scenarios for the implementation of these documents in the daily activities of the communities;● Identifying the potential for cooperation between hromadas to achieve common and individual goals.
The workshops provide hromadas with a space for interaction that can contribute to the creation of inclusive and sustainable solutions. With the knowledge gained, they will be able to implement changes and work together more effectively.
