Open Position: Teplo Capacity Building Programme Developer (part-time)

Start: ASAP, end – Dec 2026
We are looking for a motivated professional to develop a capacity building programme in the form of workshops and training sessions for homeowners’ associations and members of the architecture and construction sector. The programme will build on the experience of the Teplo project, which focuses on the renovation of a housing block using bio-based thermal insulation in the city of Nizhyn, Chernihiv region.
This is a part-time role (approx. 40%) focused on developing a beta version of the programme, testing it, and finalising it in collaboration with project partners. You will work closely with a colleague responsible for video content that will complement the capacity building activities.Your responsibilities will include coordinating the development and delivery of the programme together with team members and partner organisations, including:
- Educational concept- Learning materials- Beta program- Programme updates based on testing- English-language version for publication on the New European Bauhaus platform
Requirements
Must have:● 1–3 years of experience in educational projects, preferably involving online learning platforms, programmes, or educational formats● 1-3 years of experience in developing, coordinating, and organising workshops or other educational activities● Ability to facilitate discussions and support interactive group work (basic level is sufficient)● Strong organisational and communication skills● Proactive attitude and ability to work in a structured yet flexible, multi-partner environment● Good command of English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
Nice to have:● Experience and interest in working with building sector and/or sustainable solutions● Experience working with municipalities, public administration, or international projects● Interest in residents' involvement in building practice● Familiarity with topics such as climate neutrality, circular design and nature based solutions● Experience working in international, multi-partner environments
