Summary of the online course "Land Policy in Communities"

Land Policy in Communities, the online course dedicated to various aspects of land policy in cities and developed by the New Housing Policy project in cooperation with Ro3kvit: Urban Coalition for Ukraine and Kharkiv School of Architecture, is now available online. It will help civil servants, municipalities and communal services providers, planners, ecologists, public activists, and researchers to deeper understand the challenges of land resource management at the community and agglomeration levels. 
The course covers the following topics:         - Land economics: key principles and concepts         - Land policy in communities: management and taxation         - Environment, mobility and land policy         - Land in the agglomeration — investments, conflicts, joint planning         - Land and housing policy — points of intersection
